AED 10 for prepaid orders.
AED 15 for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Free shipping on orders above AED 249. These charges are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
AED 15 is charged as return fee.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags intact.
Hygiene-based exclusions apply (caps, boxers, masks, etc.).
Refunds are made to the original source account for prepaid orders.
COD refunds require submission of bank account details.

Exchanges

Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery for all orders placed outside of sale periods.
No Exchange on Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stickers.
Exchange Fee: There is no exchange fee for both prepaid and COD orders.
Price Difference in Exchanges:
– If the new item is priced higher than the original, the difference must be paid online via a prepaid method.
– If the new item is priced lower, the balance will be refunded to the original source of payment.
