Use of Our Website

When you use this website and place an order through it, you agree to:

  • use this website only to make genuine enquiries and legally valid orders

  • not place any false or fraudulent orders

  • provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and delivery information

If we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel it and take any action permitted by law.

Contract

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email or message. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent once your order is dispatched. The contract is formed once your order has been accepted and confirmed by us.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may cancel that item and issue a refund for the unavailable product.

Refusal or Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases involving stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, misuse of promotions, or other exceptional circumstances.

Delivery

We deliver across the UAE.

For UAE orders:

  • AED 10 shipping for prepaid orders

  • AED 15 shipping for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above AED 249

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared in your shipping confirmation. While we aim to deliver within the promised timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you. In any case, delivery will be completed within 30 days of order confirmation unless otherwise communicated.

Delivery is considered complete when the order is delivered to the address provided by you, or received by you or a person authorised by you.

Price and Payment

All prices shown on the website are in AED unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are added at checkout, unless a free shipping condition applies.

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

A return will only be accepted if:

  • the request is raised within 15 days of delivery

  • the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • all original tags and packaging are intact

  • the return is approved by our Customer Experience Team

Non-Returnable Hygiene Items

The following hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable:

  • caps

  • hats

  • masks

  • boxers

  • shorts

  • bodysuits

  • crop tops

  • tank tops

  • baby tees

  • stickers

These items are exchangeable only in case of sizing issues or defects, subject to approval and stock availability.

Return Fee

An AED 15 return fee applies to approved return requests.

Return and Exchange Process

You can raise a return or exchange request through our website, app, or email.

Process:

  • request is submitted by customer

  • team reviews the request within 48 hours

  • reverse pickup is arranged after approval

  • support may request images if the item is reported as defective

Refunds

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account details shared with our support team

  • Shipping charges are not refundable

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider or bank processing time

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject returns or cancellations where fraud, abuse, or misuse of the policy is suspected. All returned items may be inspected before approval of refund or exchange.

Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after any update means you accept the revised terms.
