USE OF OUR WEBSITE

When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to:

  • Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.

  • Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorised to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.

  • Provide us with your email address, postal address, and/or other contact details truthfully and exactly. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary.

  • If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot place your order.

CONTRACT

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email/message ("Order Confirmation") followed by a "Shipping Confirmation".

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All orders are subject to product availability. If any items are unavailable, we will offer substitute products where possible. If you do not wish to accept a substitute, you will receive a full refund.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

While we aim to fulfill all orders, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time after the order confirmation, especially under exceptional circumstances. We also reserve the right to remove or modify products or content without prior notice and shall not be liable for such actions.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver orders by the expected date as mentioned in the Shipping Confirmation, but delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons. In such cases, delivery will be completed within 30 days of order confirmation unless otherwise communicated.

For UAE Orders:

  • AED 10 shipping for prepaid orders.

  • AED 15 shipping for Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Free shipping on orders above AED 249.

Delivery is considered complete once you or your appointed third party receives and signs for the package.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

We make every effort to ensure correct pricing, but errors may occur. If an error in price is discovered, you will be notified and given the option to confirm or cancel the order. We are not obligated to supply a product at an incorrect price if the error was obvious.

Prices are exclusive of shipping unless otherwise stated.

RETURN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customers can return products within 15 days of delivery, except for hygiene-sensitive categories such as:

  • Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stickers.

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • Products are in original condition, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • Reverse pickup is confirmed by our Customer Experience Team.

Email images of defective products toinfo@bonkerscorner.ae for return approval. For UAE orders, there is no return or exchange fee.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. In case of valid return:

  • The product price will be refunded (delivery charges are not refundable).

  • Refunds will be credited to original source account for Prepaid Orders 

  • COD refunds in UAE will be processed after the customer provides valid banking details.

MAIN RETURN AND REFUND POINTERS

  • No extra fee for return or exchange.

  • Refunds are made to the original source account for prepaid orders.

  • COD refunds require submission of bank account details.

Exchange Policy 

  • Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery for all orders placed outside of sale periods.

  • No Exchange on Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stickers.

  • Exchange Fee: There is no exchange fee for both prepaid and COD orders.

  • Price Difference in Exchanges:
    – If the new item is priced higher than the original, the difference must be paid online via a prepaid method.
     – If the new item is priced lower, the balance will be refunded to the original source of payment.

  • These policies also apply to items from our premium collection.

Return & Exchange Process

Returns or exchanges can be initiated through our website or app. Simply follow the on-screen prompts to raise your request.

  • Once submitted, our Customer Experience Team will review and approve the request—this usually takes up to 48 hours.

  • Reverse Pickup:
     Reverse pickups will be arranged only after approval from our team.

  • Packaging:
     Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, in the same condition it was delivered.

  • Refunds:
    All refunds—whether for prepaid or COD orders—will be credited back to the original source of payment.


GUARANTEE POLICY

Bonkers Corner offers a 3-month guarantee on selected products including:

  • Supima products

  • Wide-Leg Sweatpants

  • Sporty Straight Fit Pant

  • Everyday Joggers

  • Utility Pants

Covers up to 50 washes, applicable from the date of purchase.
Covers manufacturing defects only. Does not cover misuse, poor care, or alterations.

FRAUD PREVENTION

We may refuse returns suspected to be fraudulent. All returned items are inspected for authenticity. Fraud attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Bonkers Corner reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice, always keeping the customer's best interests in mind.
