UAE ORDERS – SHIPPING, PAYMENT & RETURNS
1. Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. Bonkers Corner delivers across all Emirates in the UAE.
2. What are the shipping charges for UAE orders?
Shipping charges for UAE orders are:
- AED 10 for prepaid orders
- AED 15 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above AED 249
3. Is Cash on Delivery available in the UAE?
Yes. COD is available in the UAE. A shipping charge of AED 15 applies to COD orders.
4. When do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above AED 249.
5. What is your return policy for UAE orders?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to approval. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags attached. An AED 15 return fee applies to approved returns.
6. Which items are non-returnable?
The following hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable:
- caps
- hats
- masks
- boxers
- shorts
- bodysuits
- crop tops
- tank tops
- baby tees
- stickers
These items may be exchanged only in case of sizing issues or defects, subject to approval and stock availability.
7. How do I raise a return or exchange request?
You can raise a request through our website, app, or by emailing info@bonkerscorner.ae.
8. What happens after I raise a return or exchange request?
Our team reviews the request within 48 hours. Once approved, a reverse pickup is arranged. If the item is reported as defective, our support team may ask for product images before approval.
9. How do refunds work?
- For prepaid orders, refunds are credited to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds are processed to the bank account details shared by the customer
- Shipping charges are not refundable
10. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to approval and stock availability. Hygiene-sensitive items are exchangeable only in case of sizing issues or defects.
