UAE ORDERS – SHIPPING, PAYMENT & RETURNS

1. DO YOU DELIVER TO THE UAE?

Yes, Bonkers Corner delivers to the UAE! You can now shop your favorite streetwear styles and have them delivered right to your doorstep in the UAE.

2. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR UAE ORDERS?
  • AED 10 for prepaid orders.
  • AED 15 for Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Free shipping on orders above AED 249. These charges are calculated at checkout.
3. IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE IN THE UAE?

Yes! COD is available in the UAE for a small fee of AED 15.

4. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR UAE ORDERS?
  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • AED 15 is the return fee, no exchange fee
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags intact.
  • Hygiene-based exclusions apply (caps, boxers, masks, etc.).
5. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT IN THE UAE?

Please email info@bonkerscorner.ae with your order number and reason for return. Our Customer Experience Team will initiate the return process. Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged.

6. HOW DO REFUNDS WORK FOR UAE CUSTOMERS?

Refunds for prepaid orders are credited directly to the original source account.
For COD orders, customers will be required to share their banking details with our team to receive the refund.

7. CAN I USE THE SAME SIZE CHART FOR UAE PURCHASES?

Yes, our sizing remains consistent across all geographies. Please refer to the size chart on each product page to make the right choice.
