Return/Exchange Policy

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. In case of valid return:

  • The product price will be refunded (delivery charges are not refundable).

  • Refunds will be credited to original source account for Prepaid Orders 

  • COD refunds in UAE will be processed after the customer provides valid banking details.

  • AED 15 will be charged as return fee, no exchange fee.

  • Refunds are made to the original source account for prepaid orders.

  • COD refunds require submission of bank account details.

Exchange Policy 

  • Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • Orders placed in sales period is not eligible for Exchange.

  • No Exchange on Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stickers.

  • Exchange Fee: There is no exchange fee for both prepaid and COD orders.

  • These policies also apply to items from our premium collection.

Return & Exchange Process

Returns or exchanges can be initiated through our website or app. Simply follow the on-screen prompts to raise your request.

  • Once submitted, our Customer Experience Team will review and approve the request—this usually takes up to 48 hours.

  • Reverse Pickup:
     Reverse pickups will be arranged only after approval from our team.

  • Packaging:
     Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, in the same condition it was delivered.

  • Refunds:
    All refunds—whether for prepaid or COD orders—will be credited back to the original source of payment.
