RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. In case of valid return:

The product price will be refunded (delivery charges are not refundable).

Refunds will be credited to original source account for Prepaid Orders

COD refunds in UAE will be processed after the customer provides valid banking details.

Exchange Policy

Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Orders placed in sales period is not eligible for Exchange.

No Exchange on Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stickers.

Exchange Fee: There is no exchange fee for both prepaid and COD orders.

Return & Exchange Process
Returns or exchanges can be initiated through our website or app. Simply follow the on-screen prompts to raise your request.

Once submitted, our Customer Experience Team will review and approve the request—this usually takes up to 48 hours.

Reverse Pickup:
Reverse pickups will be arranged only after approval from our team. -
Packaging:
Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, in the same condition it was delivered. -
Refunds:
All refunds—whether for prepaid or COD orders—will be credited back to the original source of payment.
