Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to approval.

Return Eligibility

A return request will only be approved if:

  • the request is raised within 15 days of delivery

  • the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • all original tags and packaging are intact

  • the return is approved by our Customer Experience Team

Non-Returnable Hygiene Items

The following hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable:

  • caps

  • hats

  • masks

  • boxers

  • shorts

  • bodysuits

  • crop tops

  • tank tops

  • baby tees

  • stickers

These items are exchangeable only in case of sizing issues or defects, subject to approval and stock availability.

Return Fee

An AED 15 return fee applies to approved returns.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to approval and stock availability.

Hygiene-sensitive items listed above are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged only in case of sizing issues or defects.

Return and Exchange Process

You can raise a return or exchange request through our website, app, or by emailing info@bonkerscorner.ae.

Process:

  • our team reviews the request within 48 hours

  • reverse pickup is arranged after approval

  • for defective items, support may request images before approval

Refund Policy

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, refunds are processed to the bank account details shared by the customer

  • Shipping charges are not refundable

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality checks
